Indigo Group was founded as a consulting group to provide counsel for growth-minded companies.
We introduced a simple prioritization for executives and founders when considering growth or new opportunities: Passion, Principle, Purpose, & Profit - in that order.
We believe that your "why" must be aligned with your passion and guided by strict principles. This will reveal your purpose and, with effort and determination, profit will result.
Heeding our own advice, we opted to shift from consultant to owner. We ramped down our consulting services and our founder focused on designing social entrepreneurially business models that drive positive social change. Indigo Group LLC is founding member of T2D Concepts, LLC.

OUR FOUNDER
THOMAS FOLEY, ESQ.
Developing, launching, and strategically building businesses is the common thread tying together Tom’s 20+ years of professional work. After actively practicing law for 15+ years, Tom directed his efforts to designing innovative, social entrepreneurially models to drive social justice.
In addiiton to working on Indigo's projects and companies, Tom is an adjunct in the entrepreneurial program at Paul Quinn College, an HBCU in south Dallas, and serves as an adjunct at Southern University Law Center. Tom is a Fellow for the Dallas Economic Leadership Academy through the Aspen Institute and Of Counsel at Wright Connatser.
Tom earned his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. from Colgate University. Tom lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Roopa, and two children.
